I can never thank Luke enough for all that he has done for me. Part of what makes him such a brilliant Chiropractor is… his thorough and holistic approach to treatment. He took time to listen, assess the physical issues I was having with my knee and devised a treatment regime accordingly – but he also took time to address other factors which were affecting my wellbeing and make positive recommendations for those too. I attend Helen Mc Cann at North Down Chiropractic regularly for deep tissue massage and I cannot recommend her highly… enough!She is a fantastic massage therapist and is always able to ease any aches and pains that I complain of, with her magic hands! 😊From headaches to neck/shoulder or low back/hip pain, Helen is there to help.I attended Helen during my last pregnancy, as she is also qualified in pregnancy massage, and her massages helped to keep me feeling comfortable and relaxed.I always look forward to my next appointment- thank you Helen!read more

My son Ben at the age of 11/12 was getting alot of knee pain when playing football, we were unsure why this was… happening and his coach suggested it could be Osgood Schlatters disease. My wife and I decided to get it looked at further and booked him in with Luke Neal at North Down Chiropractic Clinic. Luke was able to diagnose the issue, explain it in full detail and offered to get us the scans to show the problem. Luke was able to give Ben the attention he needed, the exercises he needed to do to prevent it from getting worse and slowly reverse the issue. Luke is so easy to talk to and has kept the issue fully under control as Ben gets a check up every 8weeks and is now able to participate in all training sessions and play multiple matches a week. So glad we took Ben to North Down Chiropractic Clinic. Highly recommend anybody with similar issues to contact them. 😃read more

North Down Chiropractic is an amazing clinic that will professionally look after you and cater your every need to help… your body feel the best way it possibly can be. Not only is Luke an excellent chiropractor, he’s also an excellent teacher. We recently invited him to provide a… seminar for our chiropractors and it was engaging, thorough and really interesting. For the last year I have suffered from chronic lower back pain. By the time I had my first appointment with Luke in… December, I was no longer able to hike, cycle, play tennis or do yoga – all the activities I loved. Sitting and driving were becoming difficult and physiotherapy, with a variety of practitioners, had not helped. As such my mood was getting low and I genuinely felt that my back would never recover. At 57, I thought my days of an active lifestyle were over. I was anxious about trying a chiropractor but I cannot recommend Luke highly enough. A combination of his treatment, his reassuring, positive attitude and rehabilitation plan, means I am now out of pain and currently walking 35 miles per week, training for a long distance hike. I am back doing yoga, back on my bike and sitting and driving without pain. I cannot speak highly enough of Luke or express my gratitude for how he has changed my life.read more

When I think of my first visit to Luke, with what was worryingly a numbness in my left arm, which he sorted out in an… almost miraculous fashion, and when he began treatment for an aching back, I am amazed at the improvement. Now I also see Helen who works on massage and has relieved so much gnawing ache in the lower back. Never doubt the ability of this team to make matters much better.read more

I have been going to Luke for nearly a year now and honestly can’t recommend him enough. I was in a car accident 2… years ago and since then suffered badly with my neck and back and struggled to sleep. The moment I went to Luke he could tell instantly where needed to be fixed. Luke makes you feel very at ease in every appointment and chats away throughout, so you never feel nervous. Since going to him I sleep so much better at night and my neck and back are no longer in excruciating pain. Very professional and would recommend to everyone!Thank you Luke!read more

I first visited Luke at North Down Chiropractic Clinic about 2 years ago upon the recommendation of a friend. Luke is… so knowledgeable in his field of expertise and will not hesitate to offer common sense advice alongside signposting to other support! I still attend every 6-8 weeks to help keep my back as “well” as it can be . Between the hands on treatment received, advice/exercises given and caring nature I cannot recommend Luke enough.
